Packing and Shipping
Packing Process:
Each transformer is securely placed in a custom-designed wooden crate, reinforced for durability. The interior is lined with foam or padding to prevent movement, while the transformer is wrapped in moisture-resistant shrink film for protection against environmental factors. Additionally, the transformer undergoes a final inspection to ensure it is free from defects before packing. Once secured, the crate is strapped with heavy-duty steel or nylon bands to prevent shifting.
Shipping Process:
We offer various shipping methods based on your location, including road, ocean, or air freight. Our trusted logistics partners ensure reliable and timely delivery. Tracking details and necessary documentation, such as customs clearance paperwork, are provided for smooth shipping. Upon arrival, we arrange for safe unloading, using specialized equipment if needed, and coordinate delivery to your installation site.
Our customer service team is available throughout the process to provide updates and address any concerns, ensuring your 200kVA transformer arrives safely and ready for installation.
Manufacturer Test
Progress Test
The progress testing for the 220V to 110V oil-immersed power transformer (200kVA) involves multiple stages to ensure its performance and reliability. Key tests include visual inspection for any defects, electrical testing to check insulation and continuity, and load testing to verify the transformer's ability to handle full capacity. Additionally, dielectric and impulse tests confirm insulation integrity under electrical surges, while oil quality testing ensures optimal cooling and insulation properties. A temperature rise test ensures the transformer can operate safely without overheating. Finally, a comprehensive quality control inspection ensures the transformer meets industry standards and local regulations. These rigorous tests guarantee that the transformer is safe, reliable, and ready for deployment in substations, providing long-term, efficient operation.
Design Tests
All transformer will be test after finished the production, test items as below:
♦ Insulation Power Factor
♦ Ratio, Polarity, and Phase Relation
♦ Winding Resistance
♦ Impulse Tests
♦ On load Loss Test
♦ No Load Loss Test
♦ Leak Test
♦ DC Insulation Resistance Test
♦ Transformer Turns Ratio/TTR (All Tap Voltages)
♦ Impedance Voltage & Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Polarity, 1-Ph / Phase Relation, 3-Ph (Rated Voltage)
♦ Excitation & No-Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Applied Voltage
♦ Induced Voltage
♦ Lightning Impulse
♦ Insulation Resistance (Rated Voltage)
♦ Temperature Rise
♦ Dielectric Withstand (Hipot)
Transformer Factory Acceptance Test
The Transformer Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) ensures that the 220V to 110V oil-immersed power transformer (200kVA) meets all technical and safety standards before shipment. The FAT includes visual and dimensional inspections, electrical tests (insulation resistance, winding resistance), and no-load/full-load tests to verify performance. High-voltage and impulse tests assess the transformer’s dielectric strength, while a temperature rise test ensures safe operation under load. Oil testing checks the dielectric strength, moisture content, and chemical properties of the transformer oil. Finally, a comprehensive quality check confirms that the transformer meets all design and regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion, a detailed report is provided, assuring the customer that the transformer is ready for safe and efficient operation.
Routine Test - Leak Test
Voltage source (usually 500V, 1 KV or 2.5 KV, customized according to test requirements)
Temperature and humidity meter
Ground electrode
Properly connect the test equipment (such as a leak detector) to the pipe, container or sealing structure of the device under test.
Apply Test Voltage:
Apply the appropriate test pressure (e.g. 10 bar, 15 bar, etc.) depending on the equipment's operating pressure or test standard.
Applied test pressure
Leakage (can be monitored by flow meter or other equipment)
Time record (to ensure that the test time meets the standard requirements)
Initial pressure and final pressure (if any changes)
Minor leakage (good): Very small leakage is allowed, and it is necessary to judge whether it is qualified according to industry standards.

FAQ From Customers
-
What is a Transformer?A transformer is an electrical device used to change the voltage of alternating current (AC). It works on the principle of electromagnetic induction, converting high-voltage current into low-voltage current or low-voltage current into high-voltage current. Transformers are widely used in power transmission, distribution systems, and various electronic devices.
-
What are the main uses of a transformer? The main use of a transformer is voltage conversion. Transformers are used in power transmission systems to help transfer electricity from power plants to consumers. In addition, transformers are also used in electronic devices such as chargers, televisions, power adapters, etc., to adjust the voltage to meet the requirements of different devices.
