Customization Optional

600kVA Oil Immersed Transformer
The 600kVA oil immersed transformer allows extensive customization to accommodate diverse voltage classes, efficiency targets, and environmental/installation conditions. Primary voltages include 11kV or 33kV (with variants like 6.6kV/10kV/20kV/22kV), secondary voltages at 0.4kV, 0.415kV, 0.433kV, or tailored low-voltage configurations for specific loads. Off-circuit tap changers provide ±2×2.5% or ±5% regulation for steady voltage control, while on-load tap changers (OLTC) enable precise dynamic adjustment in variable-load scenarios. Core options feature standard grain-oriented silicon steel for balanced performance or amorphous alloy for 60-70% no-load loss cuts, boosting energy savings. Winding materials offer high-purity copper for optimal conductivity/longevity or aluminum for economical, high-reliability designs.
Additional custom features encompass enhanced cooling (extra radiators or forced air for ambient temperatures up to +50°C), insulating oils (mineral or natural ester for fire/eco compliance per IEC 61099), and tank upgrades with hermetic sealing, advanced anti-corrosion coatings (C3/C5), seismic bracing, or elevated IP protections for harsh outdoor/polluted locations. Accessories integrate oil level indicators, winding hot-spot monitors, IoT smart modules for predictive maintenance, Buchholz relays, and conservator systems if required over hermetic. Impedance (4.5-6%), vector groups (Dyn11, Yyn0, etc.), BIL levels (75kV for 11kV, 170kV for 33kV), frequency (50/60Hz), noise attenuation, and compliance with IEC 60076, GB1094, or regional efficiency tiers (e.g., EU Ecodesign) are configurable. Our engineering team collaborates to optimize for utility feeders, commercial complexes, factories, solar integrations, or urban substations, delivering solutions that maximize efficiency, minimize total costs, and ensure flawless grid compatibility.

Packing and Shipping

600kVA Oil Immersed Transformer
Protecting the 600kVA oil immersed transformer during transit requires meticulous protocols to safeguard core/winding precision, oil quality, and structural integrity from shocks, vibration, and environmental exposure. Pre-packing checks include tank pressure/leak tests, terminal torque verification, oil dielectric/acidity sampling (>55kV/2.5mm, <30ppm water), and accessory functional validation. Units generally ship oil-filled under nitrogen positive pressure (0.02-0.05MPa) to block moisture/oxidation; in weight-constrained shipments, oil is partially drained into sealed drums with vacuum filling kits and compatible high-purity oil for field reprocessing per IEC standards.
Individual components are safeguarded separately: radiators are foam-padded and crated with vibration dampers, bushings in impact-resistant enclosures, and control elements sealed with desiccants. The main body mounts on sturdy ISPM-15 wooden crates or steel skids with custom bracing, lateral supports, and energy-absorbing materials rated for 4-5g forces common in logistics. Packaging features weatherproof layers, corrosion inhibitors, humidity/temperature indicators, and shock/tilt recorders for transit monitoring.
Ocean export—typical for international deliveries—employs flat-rack/open-top containers with IMO lashing, salt-fog barriers, and protective covers; road/rail uses low-bed trailers with balanced cradles and designated lift points. Full documentation includes invoices, packing lists, origin/conformity certificates, routine test reports, dimensional/lifting drawings, oil SDS, handling/installation guides, and HS codes (8504.21 for ≤650kVA distribution transformers).
We handle end-to-end logistics with FOB/CIF/door options, customs assistance, insurance, and enhanced services like third-party verifications, on-site crane unloading supervision, oil filtration/degassing, erection support, and commissioning. This comprehensive strategy prevents damage, maintains as-new condition, meets global regulations, and ensures prompt, secure delivery for distribution, commercial, and industrial clients worldwide.

Routine Test - Polarity 1-Ph

Purpose of Testing
The purpose of testing the polarity of a single-phase transformer is to ensure that the primary and secondary windings are correctly oriented, preventing issues like improper phase connection. It also verifies that the transformer operates safely and efficiently in the intended electrical system.
Testing Equipment
Test equipment: Polarity Tester (e.g. Megger, Hioki, etc.)
Voltage source: usually 500 V, 1000 V or customized as needed
Environmental monitoring: Temperature and humidity meter (records ambient temperature and humidity)
Pre-Test Preparation
Disconnect the device from the power supply and ensure that it is properly grounded and discharged.
Check the connection terminals and wiring to ensure that there is no looseness or contamination.
Test under suitable environmental conditions: relative humidity less than 75% and no rain (recommended temperature: 20-30°C).
Test Progress
Connect the Test Instrument:
Connect the test equipment to the bushing or terminal of the device under test and ensure proper grounding.
Apply Test Voltage:
Select the appropriate test voltage according to the rated voltage of the device. For single-phase systems, the applied voltage should comply with the equipment specifications (such as 220V or 380V, etc.).
Measure and Record
Start the test and record the following parameters:
Phase sequence: Confirm whether the phase sequence of the power supply is correct.
Polarity: Check whether the wiring meets the predetermined polarity (positive and negative terminals are connected correctly).
Voltage: The actual voltage value during the test.
Temperature Correction
Measure different wiring points (such as input and output) for comparative analysis to ensure that the electrical polarity is consistent.
Repeat Testing (if necessary)
If necessary, correct the measured parameters to the reference temperature (usually 20°C) to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
Evaluation Criteria (Reference)
Correct polarity: The wiring meets the expected polarity requirements and meets the standard. Reverse polarity: If reverse polarity occurs, it should be corrected immediately and retested. Polarity uncertainty: If there is any uncertainty, further check the power supply and wiring configuration.
*These comprehensive tests ensure that each transformer meets performance standards and operates reliably under various conditions.
