1. Introduction and Commitment

HENAN NPC ELECTRIC CO.,LTD is committed to respecting and protecting human rights. We believe that every individual possesses inherent dignity and rights. 2. Scope of Application

This policy applies to HENAN NPC ELECTRIC CO.,LTD and all its subsidiaries, branches, joint ventures, and employees globally. We also require all suppliers, contractors, business partners, and third-party service providers to comply with the human rights provisions outlined in this policy.

6–8. Training, Accountability and Review

We provide regular human rights training to all employees and expect the same from our suppliers. Senior management holds ultimate responsibility for implementation. Violations will be addressed seriously, up to termination of relationships.

This policy is reviewed at least annually. Implementation progress will be disclosed publicly through our sustainability reports and website.
